Never Go To Bed Angry (Or With Makeup On)!

Your Skin Deserves a Good Nights Rest Too

My mom always told me when I was little, never go to bed angry.  I have applied this same theory to my beauty routine, always give yourself a clean slate to wake up to in the morning! This wasn't the easiest habit to get myself into; see I'm the type that when I'm tired I can fall quickly into a deep state of REM sleep with no regard to shoes or jackets I may still be wearing, if I'm on a train, bus or in a car!  So remembering to take off my makeup proved to be a little more tricky, however, now that I'm in the practice I don't feel comfortable unless I've taken off my makeup.

Recently, I discovered the healing powers of CeraVe.  I have had problems with my skin for the past 4 years or so and I tried everything, and spent tons of money on products that claimed the world.  I finally went to the dermatologist and discovered I have a form of dermatitis which commonly appears in women starting in their Mid 20's.  Lucky me!  She suggested I stop using my current products and switch to an exclusive CeraVe regiment.  And for the greatest perk of all a 12oz bottle of cleanser will only set you back $9 and can be found at any Walgreens/CVS or the like!

Taking care of your skin is always important, especially during these winter months when forgetting to moisturize for one day can result in skin that resembles that of a flaky critter that roams the desert floor.  For on all over body moisturizer I use Bio Oil.  I'm addicted to the floral scent and how beautiful my skin looks after using.  Added bonus thanks to all of the botanical oils and vitamins it is great for scars, stretch marks, and brown spots.

Helpful Tip: Rub oil on your legs PRE-shave and you will not be able to stop touching your legs for days!  Helpful Tip Warning:  Use a disposable razor, it will be completely useless after one shave.

Moral of the story Beauty Biters, take care of your skin give it the attention it deserves every morning and night by remember to cleanse properly and moisturize often.  Stay supple this winter!
